βœ… Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance

  • Undergarments, socks, or personal hygiene products

  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or improper washing

  • Items returned without original tags/packaging

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at clodel.shop@outlook.com with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

  2. Once approved, we’ll arrange for a pickup or share the return address.

  3. After the item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to your original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

If you need a different size or received a defective item, we’re happy to send a replacement, subject to stock availability.


🚫 Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • Defective or wrong item? – We’ll cover the return shipping.

  • Changed your mind or wrong size? – You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.
